Self recuperative burner ECOMAX
Self recuperative burner ECOMAX® utilize the heat of the flue gas to preheat the combustion air. Depending on the burner model and the operation mode a significant reduction of energy consumption can be realized.
ECOMAX® burner are being used in direct and indirect (single ended radiant tubes) fired heat treatment furnaces such as Roller Hearth Furnaces, Continuous Strip Lines, Bogie Hearth Furnaces and others.alt dryer

The ECOMAX® self recuperative burner:
- seven sizes with a capacity range of 10 – 500 kW available
- for natural gas, LPG and as a special version for gases with a lower calorific value (e.g. blast furnace gas)
- combustion air preheating by fully integrated recuperato
- highly efficient by optimized recuperator design
- high flame velocity
- efficient flue gas ejector for flue gas suction rate (natural gas, LPG) on open firing
- direct spark ignition
- flame supervision by flame rod or UV-cell
- casted (M), ceramic (C) or flat tube recuperator (FTR) available
- different standard lengths available
